Fullon Resort Kending

Beautiful view rooms with comfortable beds. Good (not great) WiFi for video calls. Great water pressure in the shower. Loads of fun things for kids - the downstairs play room was a huge hit with free billiards and ping pong, pay to play video games and air hockey, and claw machines. The kids pool and large waterslide was also amazing and so much fun. Enjoyed the shuttle to town but it had very limited hours so we mostly walked or took an Uber to the beach (Xiaowan is less windy and way more swimmable than Ship’s Rock) early in the day and rode the shuttle (which started running at 6pm) back to the hotel.

Somewhat outdated facilities. Locker rooms by the pool had insects and my locker didn’t open with the code set so the employee had to come with the master key which also didn’t work smoothly (just old somewhat stripped locking mechanisms). As a parent who enjoys working out in the gym, I was disappointed the gym opened at 8am - so I couldn’t work out early before the kids were awake like I usually do.

Clean resort, prompt service, has everything a family vacation needs.

Everything is old, but you get what you pay for.

Very comfortable and wide beds, nice oceán view, nice people and staff

If you have kids, they will LOVE the kid's pool and water slides. Actually the beach is not always a good option for swimming (too hot during most of the day, and sometimes the waves are too strong), so the kid's pool becomes a lifesaver for parents. Staff are very polite and helpful above and beyond. The rooms are clean and large. Facilities are great. They even have games room where kids can shoot hoops, play snooker, etc. Breakfast is awesome with lots of options.

There is a shuttle to the shopping center every half an hour. But it starts at 5PM. If you want to go earlier, you may need to get a taxi or something.

Breakfast was great with lots of variety for Asians, Westerners, vegetarians, and picky children! haha! We enjoyed the swimming pool and the hotel amentities i.e table tennis, billiards when we got tired of swimming and being on the beach. The hotel shuttle bus that runs every 30 mins to the night market was super convenient because there was NO parking available during the busy holiday. So glad that was an option.

Swimming pool / slide and games room were perfect for our kids. They loved the place. Room was good size, big enough for a family if 4.Staff helpful and niceClose to sail rock beach which is the best of the three main beaches in Kenting and more peaceful away from night market yet has regular shuttle to get to it.

It’s quite old and dated. We knew this coming in so did not mind but some might. Was a bit disappointed with the cleaning of the room. We moved our beds together and found loads of dirt under our beds. Left over clothes and slippers. The obvious dirt on the floor didn’t get cleaned when the room was made up

Breakfast is a variety but not very tasty.However, not much other facilities.

The hotel room was comfortable and clean. We had a nice view of the hotel and ocean. We had stayed at an inn close to the night market and then stayed at Fullon so the kids could enjoy the children's pool with the slides. There isn't much nearby. There is a free shuttle to the night market area so just follow the schedule and where you get dropped off is where you get picked up. It's around a 5 minute drive but if we had walked to the night market, it would have taken around 40 minutes. You head down to b1 level to reach the outdoor swimming pool and a play area: air hockey plus some other arcade games and a small children's library area.

The breakfast buffet is okay.

1. Great breakfast, great view to whole Kenting seashore and mountain, and not so far to night market(2km).2. Nice frontdesk people and lobby sevice people.

1. Room facility is old and have some moldy smell.2. Soundproof is bad, can hear voices from other room and the loudly from the corridor.

I think the quality of the dinner can have some improvement.

There were quite a few resort activities for kids including an outdoor water park, very clean pool, a large jacuzzi area and bowling as well as crafts and ball pit for younger kids. The rooms with sea views had amazing views overlooking Sail Rock. The staff were all very kind and helpful. Also, they offer a shuttle to Kenting’s Main Street during the dinner hours which was helpful.

The standard rooms were quite dated and noisy. In fact, we switched rooms but it still suffered from a different set of noise issues related to the hvac. However, the staff was helpful in trying to address the issues but not much could be done with how the building was constructed.

Old and not well maintained.Staff a bit rough on phone when they call to tell guest to leave room because it s 11:00 sharp !Breakfast despite being a buffet....poor and limited choice. The level of prestation is far from a 4* hotel.

Staff were so helpful and friendly. The location is great,amazing views .
